Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:
  • coordinate and direct customer orders
respond to delivery-related or product-related inquiries as needed
  • schedule deliveries and prepare shipping paperwork
provide customer service support or training
  • track order deliveries and notify customers of any shipment delays
ensure the proper packaging and storage of products to prevent damage and product loss
  • communicate with clients to confirm order specifics, payments, or delivery addresses
understand organizational logistics for efficient order fulfillment
