Salary: P50,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM GMT)
What are we looking for
Skills Required
- 2-3+ years of experience as a recruiter in an automation industry (Factory Automation, Industrial/Process Automation, Logistics and Buildings)
- Experience working in an international environment/offshoring.
- Self-driven, adaptable to change, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced, evolving market.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships to clients from the ground up.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Able to work across multiple cultures and adapt communication styles based on this.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking system.
Nice To Have
- Background in Recruiter Flow or Vincere

- Building relationships with credible candidates in the sector.
- Working with internal partners to ensure global customers and candidates receive high levels of service and feedback.
- Optimising tech stack based on market feedback and personal experience.
