- Generate subscription renewal and expansion estimates that are aligned with pricing and discount policies
- Partner with sales teams to facilitate adjustment request to improve customer experience
- Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements and supporting tools
- Provide support and mentorship to the sales team in order to ensure order terms are managed effectively
- Support both critical initiatives and ad-hoc sales organization needs
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in Deal Desk or Sales Operations
- Experience with CRM/SFA. Knowledge in Oracle NetSuite is a distinct advantage
- Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a business subject area is preferred
