POSITION TITLE: Risk and Compliance Associate
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform compliance audit on subcontractor expense reimbursements
Perform compliance audit on pre and post pay charges / expenses
Perform expense reversal process for non-compliant expenses
Answer audit inquiries or other general inquiries related audit
Provide audit related and adhoc reports
OTHERS:
Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Open to college graduate and undergraduate with relevant work experience in BPO
Must have at least 6 months of experience in BPO or BPO Operations; preferably Non-Voice
Experience in SAP and Audit is an advantage
Knowledge in MS Office specifically in Excel
