POSITION TITLE: Business Operations Senior Analyst
WORK SETUP: Return to Office
Responsibilities
Client Operations Support Global Groups:
Client Operations is a team of highly functional and driven business operators which are deployed to the different groups/teams (client) in Accenture Technology to act, liaise and bridge operational excellence while meeting business needs.
Supports the Client Ops Lead in business operations of an industry or supply group specific to Global Groups
Scope Of Work Includes
Financial Management
- Budget Planning and Actuals tracking of M&O and PD&R Payroll and DNP, Training, Team Building, Career Counseling, Lateral Bench, ASE Bench.
- Review, Validate and Drive actions, ensuring the industry or supply group is meeting its financial targets
Productivity Analysis
- Analyzing productivity elements such as chargeability, utilization, sick leaves, vacation leaves etc. to provide feasible and sustainable recommendations in order to meet operational targets
Headcount/Supply and Demand Reporting
- Support on Headcount growth planning and forecasting, reporting and analysis.
- Includes Diversity and Attrition metrics.
Bench Management
- Managed budget allocation and utilization, Project management oversight and approvals.
- Collaborate with BMT and TFS and other stakeholders
Dashboard Management
- Ensures timely dashboard generation for the use of the leads
- Captures improvement points and be able to translate these changes into the tool

Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Gateway Tower 2
Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years experience in Program, Project and Service Management (PPSM) / project management
- Proficient in MS Excel/macro
- Individual Contributor
- Background on financial management is preferred but not required
- Project management certification not required
