Overall Purpose
This is an executive position in Insights & Intelligence in Manila SDO. This person will report to Accenture Operations Insights & Intelligence Director and to the Manila SDO Lead. The role is to deliver value to Accenture's clients through analytics and technology.

Data & AI In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.

Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduates
- At least 12 years of experience practicing data analytics (preferably in the BPO industry)
- Excellent Client Management, Project Management and Presentation Skills with Executive Presence.
- Skills in any of the statistical software such as R, SAS, STATA, Python programming etc.
- Functional Experience - Good knowledge of customer and sales operations. Understands BPO Industry, contact center SLAs/KPIs. Contact center experience and prior experience in growing a business is preferred.
- The role is open to P44 Good to have:
- AI knowledge is good to have.
- Have good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Predictive Modelling
