POSITION TITLE: HR Service - Workforce Associate Manager
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
Overall Purpose
Ultimately, the purpose of workforce ready and movements is to provide resourcing, onboarding and movements support of people within BHP.
Responsibilities
As the Workforce Ready & Movement Manager, you will:
- Identify and assess complex problems for workforce ready and movements (including escalations), creating solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing workforce ready and movements goals and objectives but may act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
- Together with other leads, identify opportunities for improvement
- Be responsible for the development of resources under your reporting line
- Develop and oversee changes on the systems used to process workforce ready and movement transactions
- Oversee and direct the accurate and timely processing of workforce ready and movement updates and transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
- Manage medium to large sized teams and/or work efforts that fall under workforce ready and movement, such as:
- Experience management related to resourcing and movements
- Resourcing
- Onboarding
- Contract Conversions
- Internal Movements
- Other responsibilities where required

Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- With at least 7 years of experience in HR Workforce
- Must have at least 5 years supervisory experience
- Must have HR Core / Operations or HR Outsourcing experience
- Open to college undergraduate with relevant work experience
