PROJECT NAME: PDC HR Services
POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery Payroll Associate Manager
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
Overall Purpose
Processing of employee compensation and rewards for over 80,000 Accenture employees.
Responsibilities
Operation Management:
Responsible for repeatable, predictable, and measurable operations which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Running and managing Employee Compensation and Rewards team
- Must have clear understanding of the existing scorecard in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent.
- Monitor and ensure compliance to identified SLAs and Scorecard
- Drives activities to meet requirements (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs) & does whatever is needed to complete the task on time and error free.
- Drive Operational Excellence within Team. Liaise with Operational Excellence Team as required.
- Raises relevant quality and/ or scope issues which may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible.
- Assist Team with problem solving performing Root Cause Analysis on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
- Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates and schedule for an activity or project segment.
- Ensures progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon.
- Working with Quality team for improvement across productivity, efficiency within the Team
- Being able to analyze Demand Vs Capacity requirements of the team and projects and ability to forecast for future hirings and assessing/ aligning impact on operations.
- Ensure that Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are up to date and tested periodically. Liaise with BCM Team and Local IT on Testing.
Stakeholder Management and Business Partnering
- Understand the business and Employee Services Employee Compensation and Rewards agenda and translates them into actions/priorities.
- Point of contact for escalations, issues and concerns from Employee, Process Owners, Functional Groups, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in facilitation of requests for services that are beyond the standard services.
- Responsible for managing SLAs and relationships with other groups.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with entity, workgroup and geographic key contacts.
- Running governance and reporting schedules with stakeholders - Monthly/ Quarterly
People Development
- People Performance management including mentoring and counseling team members assigned to work on program/project.
- Attrition Management skills.
- Assist in building strong succession plan for self and Business Community Plan for team.
- Demonstrate effective teaming skills both within and outside of the team.
- Training capabilities - working with Training & operation teams to train new hires and existing employees to upskill/ cross skill.
- Encourage team members to share knowledge and to leverage proven best practices.
- Participate in people development activities outside of the team (e.g. community activities, recruiting, and teaching)

Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- With at least 7 years of experience in Payroll
- At least 5 years of experience as HR or Payroll Accounting supervisor
- Background on Philippines Mandatory Benefits
- Experience in project management
