POSITION TITLE: Corporate Solution Arch Assoc Manager

The Work

  • Report up to a senior Solution Architect as a key member of the Technology Transformation Team
  • HR IT Strategy
  • Understand both our HR and Accenture technology strategies.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of technology solutions that support our Future Enterprise Vision (example activities: drive application and reporting requirements/ user stories, as well as provide oversight for implementation/delivery/adoption activities)
  • Support HR strategic programs and operations globally
  • Business Acumen
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of HR processes and understanding of related processes to encourage alignment with other organization, process, and technology areas.
  • Develop expertise and knowledge of global governance processes, tools and initiatives to deliver on our strategic objectives
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of industry and technology trends related to your area of responsibility.

O Good understanding of data with logical aptitude to create optimal design suggestions to solve challenges at hand

  • Stakeholder Management
  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships across business, process, and technology teams, driving coordination, communication.
  • Use simple and easy-to-understand frameworks and formats (e.g., PowerPoint slides, reports, talking points) to convey information & ideas.
  • Technology Design, Development & Operations
  • Capture business, functional, and application requirements, support prioritizing them by cost and opportunity within Accenture's overall business strategy, to maintain overall alignment to other initiatives / integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Analyze as-is and to-be processes to define system/technology requirements.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements wherever needed
  • Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions.
  • Oversee smooth flow of production operations to meet cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets.
  • Effectively balance initiative release components (e.g., scope, quality, schedule) to ensure successful release of new capabilities.
  • Design and brainstorm on optimal technology solution, basic understanding of Generative AI, ML/AI framework.

Qualifications

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of solution architect experience, including designing and delivering solutions
  • With good communications skills
  • With basic understanding of cloud platforms, i.e., knowing the theory and how it works is required; experience with it is nice-to-have only, NOT required
  • Open to any industry; HR experience is nice-to-have/preferred, but NOT required
  • Supervisory experience is preferred, NOT required
  • Knowledge in Workday is nice to have but NOT required; as confirmed by the Hiring Manager, the key thing that they're looking for look for in a candidate is the ability to learn, as technology is always changing
