- Some of the roles and responsibilities of Transaction Processing Analyst include:
- Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools.
- Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems.
- Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems. Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.
- Responsible for processing all pre-coded invoices in the Accounts Payable system on behalf of the client from basic to complex transactions. This includes timely processing of PO/non PO invoices, includes debit/credit notes and affiliate invoices.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by his/her team lead from time to time.
- manage and communicate client concerns in Thai language
- translate documents/invoices from Thai language to English as needed OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Project/Team Location: Gateway Tower 2
Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree Holder related to the accounting field
- Has a minimum of 1 year experience in Procure-to-Pay process (nice to have)
- Good English communication skills
- Computer Literate (Proficient in MS Office Tools)
- Advance Thai language skill and English Skill
