POSITION TITLE: Procurement Practice Analyst
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
Overall Purpose
- Act as a business partner. Engage business and corporate function POC to understand and support deliverables and priorities.
- Collaborate closely with corporate functions (e.g., Legal, HR, Geographic Services) in the delivery of P+ services.

Operational Responsibilities
Sourcing and Category Management
Provide Procurement And Product/service Expertise For The Spend Sub-categories In Scope. Seek Out Procurement Solutions, Working In Partnership With Suppliers And Accenture Procurement Plus Stakeholders, To Deliver Significant Cost Reduction And/or Service Improvement Opportunities. These Will Include But Not Be Limited To
- Manage demand
- Perform industry and market analysis
- Work with Sourcing Category Lead to develop and implement sourcing strategies
- Screen suppliers, build selection criteria & perform supplier analysis
- Conduct RFX and analyze/score bids
- Execute negotiation plans
- Manage contract process
- Manage supplier relationships
Purchasing Operations
Ensuring Appropriate Processes Are In Place So That
- Purchase Requests created are in accordance with the Accenture Procurement Plus supply strategies and Accenture Policy
- Purchase Requests are issued to Supplier with required product / services specifications required for Supplier to accurately fulfill Purchase Request
- Any issues with Supplier fulfillment are managed professionally and in a timely fashion
- Invoicing issues and queries are handles competently, efficiently and effectively
- Continuous improvements to the Operational Purchasing process are sought and implemented as appropriate

Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1-2 years experience in procurement / strategic sourcing and/or supplier management
- Experience in bidding, tendering processes and negotiating is required
- Has good comms skills
Good To Have
- Applicable knowledge and working experience in any of these categories - Facilities & Services or Contingent Labor or HR & Professional Services or Travel & Accommodation or IT&T or Marketing & Communications.
- Experience in defining and implementing service levels and delivering services within agreed SLAs.
- Experience in operating/supporting an operational purchasing team is desirable with Procure-to-Pay scope.
- With good computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); the rest indicated under Technical Skills.
