Job Roles and Responsibilities- Conducts onsite operational skills training
Also facilitates onsite hub safety and professional knowledge training- Also helps with onsite hub attendance policy training
Handles onsite new system training for the hub
- Prepares training program proposals, and also provides reports to management
Help to improve employee operational skills, increase the awareness of operational efficiency and safety to build a capable team- Conducts training of HQ policy and hub policies
Prepare documentation for training programs run for staff
- Collects feedback from training participants
Bachelor degree in Business courses, Supply Chain or any related field.
- At least 3 - 5 years related working experience in the Logistics/ Supply chain industry or related.
Certified Professional in training management is a plus. Outstanding knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for teaching and public speaking.
- Strong teamwork abilities. In-depth knowledge of staff learning and assessment protocol.
