Responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing information on hotel accommodations, rates, availability, and processing reservations accurately and efficiently
Handle incoming reservation requests from customers via phone, email, or chat, and process bookings accurately according to customer preferences, availability, and pricing.- Provide personalized assistance to customers by offering recommendations, answering inquiries related to hotel facilities, amenities, policies, and addressing special requests or concerns.
Assist customers with modifications to existing reservations, including date changes, room upgrades, cancellations, and refunds, following established policies and procedures.
- Collect payment information, process transactions securely, and provide confirmation details to customers while adhering to PCI compliance standards.
