Major Functions:
The Database Administrators will be in charge of the maintenance and support of database systems and different production activities. They will be responsible for operating and maintaining Microsoft SQL/Oracle Server databases and other services such as installation, troubleshooting, patching upgrade, backup, and restoration, and will also create database files and health check reports.
Hiring Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related discipline;
- Oracle Certified, with 1-2 years of working experience as IT Oracle Database Administrator;
- Microsoft Certified, with 2-3 years of working experience as a database administrator using Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL
Jr. Oracle:
- Experience in relational database management systems specifically Oracle and MySQL databases;
- Experience in using Oracle SQL Plus Developer CLI and/or GUI or any alternative database management tool;
- Oracle Data Guard and/or other High Availability/DR strategy;
- Performance Tuning and Optimization;
- Release and deployment management
- With a strong knowledge of PLSQL scripting, third-party tools, and transaction monitoring;
- Knowledgeable Experience in Database Design and SQL Development.
Sr. SQL:
- Experience in relational database management systems specifically Microsoft SQL Server;
- Using SQL Server Management Studio and/or GUI or any alternative database management tool;
- Database Mirroring, Log Shipping, and/or other High Availability/DR strategy;
- Performance Tuning and Optimization;
- Release and deployment management
- With a strong knowledge of T-SQL scripting, third-party tools, and transaction monitoring;
- Knowledgeable Experience with Service Broker, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS, and Clustering
