Allegro MicroSystems seeks a skilled Data Warehouse Developer to join our growing Business Intelligence team. This mid-level role will contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of our corporate-wide enterprise data warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data warehousing principles, data modeling techniques, and ETL processes. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop robust data models to support business requirements.
- Plan, implement, and maintain ETL procedures and architectures, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize data load processes for performance and scalability.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our data warehouse environment.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Three or more years of hands-on experience in data modeling and database design, preferably with MS SQL Server.
- Proven experience with ETL tools, preferably Informatica PowerCenter.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and T-SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
