We are looking for a highly organized and independent Team Lead for Data Collection Team to manage workflow and support data collection and data cleaning processes in our CRM. The successful candidate will be a resource for the team, take on work as part of the team, and be accountable for their own Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role requires a meticulous individual who can ensure data accuracy and completeness while driving team performance.
Responsibilities:- Team Support and Workflow Management:
- Manage the workflow of the Lead Collection and Data Cleaning team.
- Provide support and resources for team members to achieve their goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address issues.
- Data Collection and Cleaning:
- Conduct research to identify relevant sources of data.
- Collect data from various online and offline sources.
- Organize and maintain databases to store collected data.
- Validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline data collection processes.
- Performance Accountability:
- Set and track personal KPIs.
- Demonstrate accountability by meeting personal KPIs.
- Report on personal performance to senior management.
- Implement strategies to improve data collection efficiency and accuracy.
- Additional Duties:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data collection methodologies.
- Handle miscellaneous office functions and work on different projects as needed.
- Participate in remote meetings, with the ability to be on and off video.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems) is desirable but not required.
- Proven experience in data collection and analysis.
- Proficiency in data collection tools and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with data visualization tools, Zoominfo, and Zoho CRM.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:- 8-hour shift
- US EST time, day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Salary: $4.50 per hour
