Responsibilities:- Combination of data entry, research, and administrative support duties.
Ensure all customers/clients receive the highest level of service by answering inquiries and resolving issues, primarily through email and Monday Boards.- Respond to basic inquiries from Brokers, agents, and customers/clients concerning a policy status or billing error.
Ensures that all relevant requests are promptly addressed and accurate information is effectively communicated to the client.
- Ensuring the accuracy of all updates made to client payment information, billing plans, effective date changes, and endorsement requests through both backend and frontend systems.
Bachelor's or College degree.
- IT graduates or any related computer courses is an advantage.
Critical decision-making Skills- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Attention to detail.
- Amenable to work in graveyard shift and onsite at San Juan City
