We are looking for a skilled Data Strategist & Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities include developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive business growth and analyzing campaign data to make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Understanding digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Data, and AI is essential.
Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other KPIs.
Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform paid search and SEO strategies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
Work with the performance creative strategist and performance creative fulfillment team to launch campaigns and report results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Oversee campaigns across Google Ads focusing on Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and Discovery, as well as Performance Max campaigns in multiple sectors.- Establish, nurture, and grow relationships with key ad platform partners like Google, Meta, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with the agency's strategic objectives.
Act as the senior point of escalation, support, and leadership for all matters related to PPC, coordinating with other departments.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI reports for the Performance Marketing department to the Paid management team.
Own client-facing responsibilities, ensuring professionalism and top-tier customer service during client interactions and monthly/quarterly reviews.- Ensure the product is best-in-class and responsible for product development within the Performance Marketing team.
Explore new paid advertising opportunities and platforms for clients.
- Provide PPC expertise during the new business acquisition process, assisting in the preparation and delivery of pitches, proposals, and strategy documents.
Work closely with Sales and New Business teams to contribute to the long-term growth and sustainability of the agency by representing the PPC service offering to prospective clients.- Actively collaborate with the Sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities across different service lines within the agency group.
- Core Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrable experience in an audience-first approach to campaigns, with an understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.- Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, with a focus on customer service and professionalism.
Commercial acumen, including revenue targeting, renewals, retention, and growth strategies.
- Previous experience and/or understanding of other paid channels, such as paid social, programmatic, and affiliates.
Comfortable and confident in delivering sales pitches to a variety of clients across all industries.
- Goals and OKRs for the Role:
Maintain 12-month retention rates for the team.- Maintain productivity levels through client work and new business/upsells.
Achieve 100% PPC revenue target.
- Allocate time effectively to stay within the available hours for your accounts.
- Qualification/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through marketing initiatives.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification) are a plus.
Adept in coordinating multiple departments and stakeholders.- Confident in technical and strategic decision-making.
Previous experience in client-facing roles, delivering professionalism and excellent customer service.
Work from an assigned office based on a hybrid schedule in line with the other team members.
- Be available to travel frequently for client and new business meetings.
