DATA STORYTELLER

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Data Insighter/Data Storyteller who will be responsible for delivering actionable and meaningful insights by interpreting data gathered, cleaned, and processed, coupled with an understanding of business and customer dynamics.

The successful candidate will develop analytics frameworks, build foundational narratives, extract valuable insights, and visualize data to effectively communicate key findings.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Insight Delivery:

Deliver actionable and meaningful insights and trends based on the interpretation of data gathered, cleaned, and processed.

• Utilize a deep understanding of business and customer dynamics to enhance the relevance of insights.

• Analytics Framework Development:

Develop analytics frameworks and roadmaps for assigned segments, brands, or products.

• Determine the appropriate use of profiling, modeling, and dashboards to support business objectives.

• Narrative Building:

Identify patterns and trends within large datasets to transform raw data into informative insights.

• Build a foundational narrative that highlights key data-driven findings.

• Insight Extraction and Recommendation:

Extract and derive valuable insights and reveal causations from data to build compelling stories.

• Provide actionable recommendations that drive decision-making.

• Correlation and Validation:

Correlate and validate insights using external data in collaboration with other analytics and insights teams within the organization.

• Enhance the credibility and persuasiveness of narratives by integrating multiple data sources.

• Data Visualization:

Visualize data to effectively communicate key findings to various audiences.

• Enhance understanding and engagement through clear and impactful visualizations.

• Data Science Understanding:

Demonstrate a strong understanding of end-to-end data science practices, including machine learning.

• Hiring Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.

• 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, insight delivery, and data storytelling.

Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R.

• Strong understanding of data science practices and machine learning.

Ability to develop and implement analytics frameworks and roadmaps.

• Excellent skills in identifying patterns, trends, and causations within large datasets.

Strong capability to build compelling narratives and provide actionable recommendations.

• Experience in correlating and validating insights using external data sources.

Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to effectively manage complexity and ambiguity.

Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.

Willing to work on a contractual/project basis.Wiling to work on a hybrid work set-up.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php60,
