Ayala Land Group is looking for a Data Specialist to be part of HR Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide data and tools to facilitate data-driven approach to Human Resources strategy and decision-making
- Manage the design and continuous improvement on HR analytics and reporting platforms, including the development of key HR metrics and dashboards
- Analyze data and statistics for trends and make recommendations for policies and activities to improve overall HR processes and delivery
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to support HR operations and delivery
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduates of Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or other related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in analytical, process improvement and reporting roles, including building automated reports, templates and dashboards.
- Experience in PowerBi is a must
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Exposure to handling people, rewards and talent analytics and reporting
- Experience in working with complex data and creating structures and draw insights for decision-making
- Experience in designing data workflows and dashboards
- Preferably with experience in SAP
- Amenable to work in Makati
