Job Summary

We are looking for a Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure.

Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for overall network health operations for Data and Security maintenance for global offices of the client
Troubleshoots and resolves network related incidents on different network platforms including Cisco Router and Switches, Nexus Switches, Citrix Netscaler Load Balancers, and Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortigate Firewalls, and Cisco WLC.
Update and maintains DHCP and DNS record using IPControl and BT Sapphire.
Create and implement network data and security changes on network devices according to business requirements requested by different teams.
Monitor devices using some of the monitoring and logging platforms such as Solarwinds, Extrahop and Cisco Prime.
Resolves different network security vulnerabilities detected on each platform found by third party vulnerability scan. Work with vendor to ensure the network is secure from malicious attacks.
Mitigation and resolution of service owner requests for network connectivity issues on wired and wireless environment.
Coordinates with external vendors and service providers to ensure network's stability and timely restoration of faults found on the network.
Handles daily management reporting on ongoing service affecting issues.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
