Data Scientist

STAFFLUENCE RESOURCES, INC. is looking for DATA SCIENTISTS to be assigned in BGC, TAGUIG CITY.

• JOB OVERVIEW: As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, building predictive models, and deriving actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design experiments, and develop data-driven solutions that drive growth and efficiency.

• QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's or PhD preferred

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, statistical analysis, or a related field.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

• Strong experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Expertise in SQL and working with relational databases.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

• JOB DESCRIPTION:

Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that provide insights into business operations and performance.

• Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems and predict future trends.

Create compelling visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Maintain thorough documentation of models, methodologies, and processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
