As the Data Science Lead, you will assume a leadership position, overseeing a team dedicated to the development of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions for Maya Bank PH. - Possesses an outstanding comprehension of statistical methodology, machine learning techniques, optimization, and various algorithms.
- Demonstrates the ability to design and provide guidance on the execution, measurement, and monitoring of experiments.
- Holds expertise in stakeholder and people management, as well as project management.
- Exhibits proficiency in solutioning and requirements gathering.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills in conveying results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and other general programming languages.
- Proficient in utilizing a query language, including SQL.
- Proficient with common data science tools and packages.
- Has experience in handling data of substantial volume and varied complexity.
- Possesses expertise in cloud technology, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity and experience with commonly used data science tools and packages.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- With at least a bachelor's degree in any technology related discipline (i.e. Statistics, Computer Science, etc.)
- Having at least 5 years of data science & AI experience as a developer
- Having at least 3 years of experience managing & leading a team
- With finance or banking domain background
- Research and development experience is a plus
