We're seeking a Data Scientist specializing in leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for business applications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between cutting-edge LLM technology and practical business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop LLM-powered solutions for business problems such as:
Automated customer service and chatbots- Content generation and summarization
Sentiment analysis and market trend prediction
- Document processing and information extraction
Business intelligence and data analysis assistance- Customize and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific tasks, ensuring they understand industry-specific terminology and context
Implement prompt engineering strategies to optimize LLM performance for various business use cases
- Design and conduct experiments to evaluate LLM effectiveness in addressing specific business needs
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for LLM integration in existing products or creation of new AI-driven services- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the business impact of LLM implementations
Ensure ethical use of LLMs, addressing concerns such as bias, privacy, and data security in business applications
- Create documentation and training materials to help non-technical teams understand and effectively use LLM-powered tools
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in machine learning, with focus on NLP and LLMs- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API)
- Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment- Excellent communication skills to explain complex LLM concepts to non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in a specific industry vertical (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail)
Knowledge of MLOps practices for maintaining and scaling LLM applications
- Familiarity with legal and ethical considerations of AI in business contexts
