We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an Data Quality Analyst in Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining accurate account and contact data in Salesforce, our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
What You'll Do
- Review and analyze account and contact data in Salesforce to identify and correct inaccuracies, duplicates, and incomplete information
- Regularly update and maintain data records to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand data requirements and implement data quality best practices
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address data quality issues and opportunities for improvement
- Provide regular reports and updates on data quality metrics and progress
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic knowledge of data quality principles and best practices
