Job description:- Develop data quality reports on large datasets to determine data quality based on the set rules and threshold by the Data Owners / Stewards
Running data queries to identify coding issues and data exceptions, as well as providing recommendations in cleaning bad data- Evaluate system performance and design, as well as its effect on data quality
Reporting data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs
- Document processes and maintaining data records
Adhere to best practices in data analysis and collection- Keep abreast of developments and trends in data quality analysis
Provide regular updates to Management:
- Ensure that all company policies, procedures, programs, and instruction are carried out
- Years of Relevant working Experience:
At least 5 years
of experience in data analysis
At least 1 year
of experience in data quality
focused roleBachelor's degree
in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information Technology, Information management, or similar.
Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
- Experience with relational
SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres and Cassandra.
Experience with
data pipeline and workflow management tools: Azkaban, Luigi, Airflow, etc.- Experience with AWS cloud services: EC2, EMR, RDS, Redshift
Experience with stream-processing systems: Storm, Spark-Streaming, etc.
object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, C++, Scala, etc.
