Role: Data Processor

Work Setup: Work-from-Office
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manually enter data from original documents (such as Word documents or PDFs) into an Excel template.
Manual data entry fields include debtor demographics (name, address, city, state, zip, tax ID, phone, email) along with debt-related information such as account number, relevant dates, amounts, etc.
Enter critical and relevant data in Excel from multiple attachments or document pages in an email.
Adding up various amounts from the original document, where needed,.
Reconcile finished Excel with original documents, as instructed by procedure, confirming the number of entries, amount, and other data points.
Deliver the final finished product/Excel to the reviewer via email.
Attach original documents in Salesforce that were received via email, as needed.
Save certain original documents with proper naming in the shared network drive, as needed.
Join in various departmental routine meetings and training sessions as requested by the department supervisor.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school graduate. 2 years of college work is more desirable.
Attention to detail.
99% accurate entry of data.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, such as sorting, formatting cells for date/currency, etc.
Ability to communicate with internal staff properly in English.
Familiar with email handling and staying organized with workload.
Ability to follow directions.
Ability to work in a team environment with others in the department.
Prior data processing and/or customer service experience is a plus.
