Position Title: Data Operations Assistant
Job Summary:
- Prepares / generates all reportorial requirements of the bank
Role Exposure:
- Engagement Planning and Fieldwork
- Monitors and coordinates with DWD-DQD the Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processing in order to generate the reports
- Updates list of values (LOV) in the Entry Details panel and other Oracle tables and instruments using the Report Launcher
- Generates reports using Report Launcher, Discoverer and other Oracle Developers Tools according to the frequency of submission
- Converts generated reports based on the users required report file format (e.g. MS Excel, HTML, PDF, etc.)
- Analyzes any inconsistencies and discrepancies detected in all the reports generated.
- Relays and coordinates with DWD-DQD any detected and discovered data errors
- Executes and delivers the generated reports on stipulated deadlines
- Sets-up data and/or report delivery facilities and keeps abreast in technology pertaining to efficient generation of reports and information delivery channels
- Creates and runs Oracle Discoverer templates that are used for verification of data (e.g. breakdown of the reports) and generation of supporting details to requesting units, if necessary
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

- Bachelor's Degree
