Data Management Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Master Data Specialist who are responsible to manage and organize the Master Data in Rhenus Logistics. The ideal candidate will ensuring the administration end to end process runs smoothly through collecting and entering data in Rhenus TMS and global application.

• Responsibilities:

Maintain master data mainly for all Rhenus TMS & other global applications;

• Data analysis, maintenance, control and correction of master data in the relevant system;

Data preparation using Excel and continuous assurance of data quality;

• Enforce established data standards and guidelines;

Accurate control and ensuring rapid clarification in the event of discrepancies;

• Design and optimization of master data processes, preparing MDM documents/SOPs;

Create analysis and reports as needed;

• Serve as internal contact person in all master data inquiries.

• Qualifications:

Must have at least 3 years experience as Master Data Management Specialist;

• Must have background in logistics company;

With above average in MS Office application especially in Excel;

• Must have knowledge in vlook-up and sap is an advantage;

Experience as offshore service provider is an advantage;

• Must be independent, structured, prospective, and solution-oriented way of working;

Must be good in English communication skills;

• Willing to deploy in West Service Road Cupang, Muntinlupa City.
