Ayala Land Group is looking for a Data Management Specialist to be part of HR Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures the accuracy and quality of the data in the system
- Analyze data and statistics for trends and make recommendations for policies and activities to improve overall HR processes and delivery
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to support HR operations and delivery
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduates of Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or other related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in analytical, process improvement and reporting roles, and data management
- Basic knowledge in Success Factors is a must
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Experience in working with complex data and creating structures and draw insights for decision-making
- Experience in designing data workflows and dashboards
- Amenable to work in Makati
