Planning and Organization of Data: Ability to understand the data, data collection, and data quality
Data Warehousing: Ability to develop and manage the data, data flows and data systems (databases, trackers)
Data Visualization and Analysis: Ability to visualize and analyze the data (maps, charts and graphs) and turn it to actionable results for decision making.
Experience in employee data maintenance is a plus.
