Data Leakage Protection Analyst

Job Summary

• Performs analysis of Bank Data Leakage policies, standards and configurations, and perform fine tuning of security tools to ensure that policies are effectively implemented based on bank DLP Standard.

Analyze and work with Microsoft to implement DLP and AIP controls

• Analyze and test DLP, AIP and Azure Sensitivity label policies and criteria

Craft Messaging for block messages

• Draft Revise DLP, AIP and Labelling std depending on the result of implementation

Design workflow approval and implement designed and approved workflow

• Provide weekly update to immediate head

Walkthrough employees for the changes

• Job Qualifications:

• Must Have:

Graduate of any college degree in Computer Science or Information Security, or related technical field of expertise.

• Must have 3 years solid experience as Data Leakage Protection Analyst.

Previous experience in information security, data protection, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of data loss prevention tools and techniques.

Must have 3 years working experience for Azure DLP. AIP and Labelling

• Must have 3 years working experience in designing and implementing DLP policiess

Work well with the team, internal, and external clients. Have good teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Good Project management skills: to lead and manage project implementation

Possess excellent time management skills, thrive in a fast- paced demanding environment

• Ability to plan, execute, and document assessment activities following established processes and procedures with minimal guidance

Be able to work under pressure

• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Thinking logically and intuitively

• Good written and verbal communication skills: to effectively articulate and explain complex security topics in simple language, concise and easy to understand concepts.
