Your Role:

As a Data Entry Team Lead, you will:

  • Provide mentorship to Senior Data Entry Clerk and Data Entry Clerks, providing oversight and guidance for all milestones and deliverables, facilitating internal sign offs with leadership. You will work closely with the Data Entry Supervisor to ensure the Indexing and Arbitrating Invoices delivery is met with highest Quality.

  • Oversees workload. Provides experiences and training that maintains highest level of competency among Data Entry Clerks and Senior Data Entry. Mentors others by sharing expertise.

  • Issuance of Corrective action for Attendance and Non-Attendance cases.


Team Targets and Performance:

  • Develop and manage the deliverables of the following:

o Data Entry Clerks

o Senior Data Entry Clerks

  • Lead the coordination of all Data Entry Clerks and Senior Data Entry Clerks, coordinate, and execute quality task in-line with iPayables standards and best practices.

  • Be a key member of a collaborative management team, working closely with Data Entry Supervisor.

  • Provide mentorship, support, coaching and direction to members of the team, including comment on their work and monthly performance reviews.

  • Communicate bin status regularly to management and with Data Entry Supervisor such as the status of each task, potential issues, risks, etc.

  • Make critical path decisions to ensure the overall success of the team

  • Manage a team of Data Entry Clerks and Senior data Entry Clerks to proactively flag any deliverable issues that may arise during the indexing and arbitration, to take ownership of them, and to work together to resolve them.

  • Lead team meetings as needed, providing clear, concise and actionable agendas and communication.

  • Provide related insights to leadership in order to support performance, process flow

  • Issue Monthly, Midyear and Annual performance reviews and coaching requirements and exercise performance management.


Reporting and Monitoring:

  • Direct reporting to Data Entry Supervisor proactively manages and resolve calendar conflicts due to scheduling shifts, staffing requirement and leave reduction.

  • Sending of end of day reporting on the team daily completion sent to the Data Entry Supervisor

  • Issue written and verbal communication within team for quality and compliance monitoring.

  • Facilitate review meetings, including internal team meetings/trainings and work sessions

  • Partner with MS operations teams throughout the organization to align milestone timing and optimize processes

  • Assist with the development / improvement, implementation and management of policies and/or processes.

  • Manage unplanned day-to-day operational tasks/duties/responsibilities


Liaison Management:

Represent assigned area of responsibility between iPayables and MicroSourcing management and professional capacity within the cross-functional shared services department.

Staffing and Training:

  • Ensure recognition and retention targets are implemented.

  • Ensure training plans are implemented to enhance skills and competencies

  • Create and implement training plan in line with Individual Development Plan

  • Create an environment that supports the mentoring and coaching to support development, growth and high performance.

  • Implement MS approved policies and processes around disciplinary and performance management issues up to an including termination in a compliant way.
