Your Role:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will:
- Preparing and sorting files ready for data entry
- Entering data accurately and in a timely manner
- Saving Orders in the correct format and folder for the Orders Team to send
- Resolve data discrepancies and obtain further information where needed for missing/incorrect data
- Providing team members with requested data or information
- Performing duplicate data entry analysis
- Transferring data from one format to another
- Validating online ordering into ERP NetSuite application
- Keep training modules up to date for data entry
- Daily entry for component usages
- Sending Orders to factory partners
- Processing bulk Container documentation
- Application testing
- Assisting with administration duties
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- With at least 2-3 years of Data Entry Experience
- Proficient in MS Excel & Office 365
- English communication skills
- Mathematical skills (analytical)
- Amenable to working onsite in Cebu Business Park
Preferred skills/expertise
- Worked in retail/e-commerce
