Summary Role:Responsible for maintaining precise employee records, key responsibilities also include encoding data, ensuring comprehensive documentation of employees contract, and offering support to the Compensation and Benefits Team. She/he must have exceptional attention to detail and must have the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Graduate of BS IT, Computer Programming and other related course
Six (6) months experience in document management, archive management, encoding, or records management.
Detail-focused document organizing abilities.
Time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks and needed reports
Able to proactively manage and coordinates with stakeholders
Accurately encode employee data into the HR database system.- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to employee records.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies.
- Responsible for generating reports and analyzing HR data.
Collaborate with other HR team members to support departmental goals and initiatives.- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
