Site Impact is expanding, and we're seeking 20 dedicated Data Entry Specialists to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates eager to kick-start their careers in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Tasks And Responsibilities
Import all new orders for a set of 3-5 clients on a daily basis. Frequency to log into ECS and check for new client orders is every 30 minutes.
Once orders are in a spreadsheet, add a specific track URL, clicks ordered, and targeting.
Activate each order across 3-4 different media platforms (training documentation will be provided).
Once orders are activated, check the fill percentages every 15 minutes.
Once an order has reached 100% fill, pause the campaign in various platforms.
Expect to manage 500+ campaigns a day.
Our expectation is when orders come into ECS, we activate them immediately in the day/night, with continual monitoring.
Other activities may entail capping orders after they've filled.
Qualifications
Education: Open to fresh graduates.
Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal English.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of MS Excel and Word.
Adaptability: Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
