Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Data Entry and Research Specialist to join their team. This role will be responsible for looking up loan data for properties and conducting property and ownership verification using various real estate and property management tools, such as Clarity First, CoStar, Trepp, Yardi, etc.

  • WORK SCHEDULE: TBD Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays


  • POSITION TYPE: Full Time


  • WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote


  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Utilize the following programs in managing real estate data:
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
Salesforce
  • Conduct property and ownership verification through Clarity First
Look up LLCs for ownership verification in Oregon and Washington using the Secretary of State website
  • Utilize LinkedIn to conduct web searches and Google to verify contact information
Process data from CoStar and utilize Monday.com once the company has launched the deal cycle
  • Look up loan data for properties through Trepp and Yardi


  • QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's degree in the related field is an advantage
  • Real estate experience is a plus
Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Familiarity with Costar is a plus
Possesses time management skills and general tech savviness
  • Able to meet deadlines and communicate challenges in achieving goals
Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and can work independently
