Managing Outlook mailbox including queries from internal staffResponsible for data entry with timesheetsMaintaining timesheet repository on SharePointProcess timesheets into spreadsheet / Eclipse Recruitment CRM (data match, verification, and entry)Liaise with recruitment consultants for timesheet queriesAd hoc administrative support to team membersElectronic file handling and managementMaintenance/update of the companys database and proceduresQUALIFICATIONS
1-year experience in a job with most of the time in data matching and entryIntermediate MS Excel skillsAble to work under pressure with tight deadlinesSelf-manage with strong communications skills around workload to reporting managerProfessional email etiquette with stakeholdersProactive to improve existing workflows and processesWell-rounded in the Microsoft Office environmentSelf-starter, self-disciplined, honest, and can-do attitudePersonal accountability, honesty, and professional ethicsTech Savvy and can self-develop skills on various software platforms
