Job Description

Your role
  • Provide customer service regarding collection issues. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
  • Monitor clients payments and prepare the statement of accounts
Handles customer accounts on a timely basis
  • Provides excellent customer service to clients
  • About you
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.
  • With a minimum of 1 year BPO experience is required.
Good English communication skills.
  • Can work on-site (office-based).
Computer Literate.

_NOTE:_ _Interviews are conducted only at our main office in Pasig._

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php23,000.00 per month
