What you will be doing- Provide assistance to gamers via chat, email, or phone, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions.
Help users with account-related issues such as login problems, password resets, and account security.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to game performance, connectivity, and in-game problems.
Gather and document player feedback, bug reports, and suggestions for game improvement.- Update and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base with FAQs, guides, and troubleshooting tips for players.
Qualifications:- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience
- Good communication skills
Ability to work onsite (office-based)
