Job Title: Data Engineer - ETL & Automation Testing

• Summary:

We're seeking a talented Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data solutions. You'll be responsible for data generation, collection, processing, and ensuring data quality through ETL processes. Additionally, you will implement automated testing strategies for APIs and services.

• Responsibilities:

Data Engineering:

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for efficient data flow.

Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

• Ensure data quality throughout the processing lifecycle.

Automation Testing:

• Create and maintain automated tests using tools like Tosca, Q Test, and Rest Assured.

Gain experience with Service Virtualization tools.

• Champion the culture of DevOps and advocate for Automated Testing and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).

• Must-Have Skills:

Experience with data ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load)

• Proficiency in automated testing tools (Tosca, Q Test, Rest Assured preferred)

Experience with API testing

• Good-to-Have Skills:

Certification in Q Test and Tosca (a plus)

• Experience with Service Virtualization tools

Experience in manual testing

• Understanding of software quality assurance principles, software delivery methodologies, and development practices

• Additional Information:

At least 2 years of experience in automation testing

• Ability to interpret policy rules and translate them into valid test scenarios

Experience in coordinating testing activities and defect management within teams

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
