Data Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a AWS Data Engineer at Collabera Digital in Mandaluyong. The Data Engineer will be responsible for data engineering, data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Must have 5 years of relevant experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or any similar roles.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, Big data handling, Development of data pipelines and Unit Testing.
• Experience in AWS services is preferred (AWS Reshift, AWS Glue, AWS Athena and etc.)
• Background in Banking/accounting/finance domain and familiarity with XML/XSD/JAXB is a big plus.
• Must be amenable and comfortable working in Mandaluyong City for a Hybrid setup and Fixed schedule.

Role Description

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Must have 2 years of relevant experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or any similar roles.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, Big data handling, Development of data pipelines and Unit Testing.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure is preferred (Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data lakehouse, Azure Synapse etc.)
• Background in Insurance is a plus.
• Must be amenable and comfortable working in Makati City for a Hybrid setup and Fixed schedule.
