Encodes/edits text from technical write-ups and other reference materials following standard formats and methodologies (including software use and file management) set by the company.
Makes necessary corrections and/or revisions on the edited text.
Prepares covering letter and summary and collates the report.
Prepares final copies of the reports, labels and attached photographs, inserts attachments and binds reports.
Prepares transmittal letters, envelopes and receipts.
Job Qualifications:
Must be a 4-year Bachelor's Degree graduate.
With or without related work experience.
Above Average communication skills both oral and written.
