Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide effective Leadership to the Data Center Team Project Team
- Motivate the team when under pressure, and guide them on what action has to be taken
- Provide Strong Program Management Skills, and tracking when key deliverables and action items have to be scheduled
- Forward Planning and direction to the Team is a key focus
- Keep the Team Focused on the Project and moving forward in reaching it goals
- Manage the team to provide key updates to the Data Center Team Executives in the form of Weekly and Monthly Reports and email communication.
- Manage the team to Update, Monitor and Track the Project Program, and keep team focused when key decisions have to be made, and what recovery plans has to be implemented in the event the Program has to be recovered
- Attend Key Meetings on behalf of the Project Management Data Center Team
- Have JLL PDS Team Members to Chair Key Meetings, and guide them when they need support or mentoring
- Have Strong Design Management Skills, and give recommended solutions to the Project Team, subject to Client approval
- Have Strong Commercial & Contractual Skills, and act in the best interest of the Project on design compliance and cost control
- Review with PDS Admin team that the Fee Schedules uploaded in OVAL, DigiFFS and PowerBI is accurate and updated. Review at least twice a Month on Data Accuracy
- Develop / Vet Progress Reports, Risk Assessments, Cost Reports etc
- Be able to manage and give direction to the JLL Project Team on daily and weekly tasks, quality & completeness of Reports issued, and site management requirements
- Make informative decisions or advice to the Client
- Report to JLL Leadership Team on any key issues or escalations, so support will be provided

- Manage Team on LEED Certification Process & Sustainability incentives and Reporting

- Form part of the Sales Team in bidding and securing new Data Center Projects, and assist in the vetting, interviewing and hiring of new staff to support the Data Center Projects need

A SUCCESSFUL PROJECT
- Within each project, establish and implement an effective organisation structure for reporting, communication and working procedures.
- Lead the project team to assemble and effectively lead consultants, contractors and suppliers to achieve the best possible performance from all members of the project team.

- Promote JLL to new prospects and key landlord clients with expressed purpose of developing new business opportunities.
- Seeking out and developing new business relationships and generating new revenue from landlords
- Target and generate new investor related revenue in a 12month period that does not relate to new or existing Global, Regional or National agreements
- Develop and strengthen relationships with other JLL business lines.
- Where possible introduce opportunities to other business lines within JLL
- Develop relationships with existing clients to increase the profile and exposure of JLL
- Manage project revenue and payment cycles to avoid bad debt.
- Lead the preparation of EOI's and pricing submissions to clients to win new work.
- Lead in the development of quality templates for use by others using Project Toolkit.
- Lead in external industry award nominations to promote the business within industry.

Employee specification
- A degree in a relevant Project or Construction Management related discipline and a minimum of fifteen (15) years experience in Design, Construction, or Project Management.
