Job Description:

Agile Intelligence is seeking a data enthusiast and insightful individual to join our team as a

Data and Intelligence Associate. This role is essential in delivering data-driven insights

that help shape client business strategies, optimize performance, and enhance customer

experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand clients business objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and

current and emerging issues.

Leverage data analytics and AI to provide clients with actionable insights that align

with business goals, including marketing optimization, brand health, and customer

experience enhancement among others.

Identify and utilize relevant information sources, extracting and transforming

structured and unstructured data from multiple platforms using advanced analytics

tools.

Present findings in an accessible, visually engaging, and actionable format, ensuring

insights are relevant and impactful for decision-making.

Conduct ad hoc research and create insightful reports, white papers, and thought

leadership pieces to support proposals, offer additional value to clients, and

contribute to team knowledge.

Stay informed on the latest industry trends and technological advancements by

engaging in continuous learning through events, seminars, and reading.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of delivering clear insights

from complex data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data in

an accessible format.

Proactive and solutions-oriented, always ready to support clients in meeting their

requirements eQiciently.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Additional Requirements:

Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,

especially during crisis situations.

Overtime may be required in some situations and will be compensated accordingly.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

effectively.
