We are looking for a Data and Insights Analytics Leadto join our team and be responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling and analysis. The ideal candidate has a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for TaskUs.The Lead willwork closely with the Data and Insights Analytics Manager to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. He will use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes.
As a Data and Insights Analytics Lead, you will:
Support cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
Support the build, development and maintenance of data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
Support analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze people operations data from Workday, ensuring that deadlines are met.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to offer insights into potential strategies to enhance our people operations processes further
Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives for People Operations to stakeholders in the company.
Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
Do you have what it takes to become a Data and Insights Analytics Lead
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience with reports and data analysis
Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.
Has background in People Operations/Human Resources Reporting
Knowledgeable in Power BI
Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills
