The Data Analytics expert will help the key decision-makers in Operations to come up with data-driven insights and recommendations through their vast expertise in applying appropriate analytical methods from descriptive to prescriptive analytics.
Provides data-driven insights and perspectives from product & solutions development to operations processes
Performs business risk analysis through customer and business data mining and analytics
Performs descriptive to predictive types of analysis using operations processes data
Provides product and solutions development insight through human-centered design approach
Performs data analysis using digital competencies tools such as PowerBI while ensuring alignment with data governance model
