Responsibilities
:
Set up regular operation reports and monitor the operational index for the business department
Understand the team's business needs and translate them into data analysis and reports
D evelop insightful metrics, build and improve reports, support management to understand business performance and action points.
Present data in a meaningful way to ensure that correct decisions are made by management
Perform ad-hoc analysis assigned by line manager
Have the capacity to thrive in our fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of work
Assist with ad hoc projects, as assigned
Job
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Management , Comms, and/or any relevant field
A t least 1-year experience as Data Analyst; customer care center and travel industry experience, preferred
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
Has strong analytical and statistical skills ; possesses strong business sense and ability to draw insights from data
Understanding and experience with SQL is a plus
Working knowledge in data visualization (Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization tools)
A bility to convey complex analysis results clearly and with conviction to all levels of stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills ; attention to detail and analytical reasoning
Assist with ad hoc projects, as assigned
