Inventory Analyst
Overview
The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing inventory data to ensure accurate records and efficient inventory management. This role involves data entry, system updates, and conducting inventory research to support the team's decision-making.
Salary 900 USD
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Management: Maintain accurate inventory records in relevant systems.
- Inventory Updates: Process new item requests and update inventory levels.
- Restock Level Management: Ensure optimal stock levels in Oracle and Smart Sheets.
- E&O and ABC Inventory: Manage excess and obsolete inventory and classify items accordingly.
- Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data to identify trends and patterns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the purchasing and parts teams.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Smart Sheets
- Experience with inventory management systems (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
