As a Successful Data Analyst, You Will
- Accurately enter data into company databases and software systems.
- Verify and correct data where necessary.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
- Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Identify and report data entry errors or discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology is preferred.
- Proven experience in a data entry or similar position.
- Experience in Salesforce is preferred.
- Experience in QuickBooks is required.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and other data entry software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
- Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
